Learning a basic communication model and exploring the role of communication in conflict we use critical thinking and active listening to inquire and understand the point of view of another. Other aspects of this training include education and practice of specific skills for identifying problems in a community and taking steps to advocate and solve the issue through problem-solving strategies.
